Slow day in the Shaffer/Tuma household, not much to report. Susan and I spent the morning with Billy Blanks, washing down the sweat with some tasty freezer waffles. The ladies are having their women’s bible study; for some reason Ben and I were not invited. I have to go to work for an hour for some sort of meeting, which is a bit frustrating because meetings don’t earn me tips, and tips count for over a fifth of my income these days. I plan on calling Nick, my recent brother in law, mostly just to leave a message on his voicemail, saying, “Tag – you’re it!” I also have a few questions of the Lord that I need to ask him about, so if anybody wants to pray a little Ephesians 1:17-19 for me, I would gladly receive it. Ben and I have forgotten our pain and have decided to revisit La Luz trail sometime in the next two weeks. I can hardly wait – I would do it every day if I could – and if it wouldn’t kill me. Let’s see, what else? I am working on a new song that has me very excited. I think it might be a keeper, I will try to finish it up and record it in the next week or two, and of course post it for all of you to enjoy/judge.
I don’t feel too bad about writing a lame post today, because yesterday’s entry took forever to finish, and the wife and I are working on some pretty exciting stuff that we will be debuting here in (hopefully) a little over a month. Without spoiling too much, I can tell you that we’ll be diving into the annals of Tuma lore, giving some extended Tumas a chance to introduce themselves to the world, and possibly fighting crime. So stay tuned, faithful reader – Whatisatuma? is just getting started.

Ha ha… Today you post a pointless blog and I post probably the most pointful (yup, just made that up) one thus far on mine… >-> That’s an unsubtle hint to go read it.
Studying abroad, huh? Sounds awesome!
